Identifying the Problems

For the first time the clients referred, they are bitterly apprised that all is not as it should be, but they cannot put their finger on the reasons of their trouble. Very often people complain that they feel confused, nervous or under pressure. These indistinct phrases show that the source of the discomfort and unhappiness was not identified. This vagueness makes their distress bigger. Where is the cause of problem? It can be found in a person’s environment, behavior, body or mind. Besides, very often one problem can be quickly followed by the problems in other areas. The original problem can be lost in a snare of confusion and constantly growing stress.
